Valentine’s isn’t a big deal for my husband – and he gets away with it because he honestly is so good to throughout the year. Instead, I enjoy crafts from my daughter and goodies from my mom… And of course, an excuse to make a feast!

I invited my mom over for dinner and made our favorite – seafood! Meanwhile, Ruben had steak and Jazlynn had chicken nuggets.

I wasn’t even able to eat all of my king crab! And the cheddar bay biscuits (copycat) were soo good.

To make the biscuits at home you can just add the following to your regular recipe:
-freshly shredded cheddar
-garlic powder

Once they are done, drizzle with melted butter (with a bit of lemon). Amazeballs!
