It’s here! My Erin Condren Life Planner arrived on Thursday and I filmed my unboxing experience. I ordered the ECLP in the Floral design. I have to say it was really hard not to open my box without the camera rolling, but I wanted to get it all on video so that I can share that online with other future EC junkies!
Erin Condren Life Planner – Ordering and Shipping
I ordered my planner on February 20th and then the waiting game began. I am honestly a pretty impatient person (I’m working on this!). Impatient isn’t the correct word – it’s just hard for me to wait for things I purchase. Waiting in line at the grocery store, I’m totally fine with.
Over the next couple of days there weren’t any real updates with my confirmation number, so that was kind of annoying. But after the third day, I could see that the estimated arrival date would be Thursday, March 5th. So within a week, on February 26th, my order was printed and ready to be shipped with FedEx.
From ordering my planner to its arrival at my door was 13 days. Now even though I’m not a person who likes to wait for something I order, I do think this is a pretty good turnaround for something that was custom printed, laminated, bound, packaged and then shipped to my home.
Side note: I almost want to roll my eyes at myself here because I’ve read a lot of other people’s experiences with waiting and how they were still happy in the end (which I wondered why they were still saying good things about the planner), but now I’m one of those people too. AND I haven’t found an error in the printing in my planner either.
Unboxing my Erin Condren Life Planner
Below is my unboxing video where I go through the whole planner (all the pages and what comes with it).
I did not order any extra accessories this time around. This was mostly because I am not familiar with the company and was just feeling it out.
I also think a lot of the labels and stickers are things that I can print at home for the same or less money. I am big on printing my own customized address labels and stuff like that, so I’m not sure that I would purchase those from the EC website. I may or may not order additional covers (I feel like this may turn into a collection thing, like phone cases for my iPhone).
I’m still working on my groove with the planner and figuring out my color coding scheme (if I do stick to that). But I do want to start sharing my setup once I have that more together.
Do you have any tips on keeping my planner organized?
