I wasn’t feeling great today. We went to church and then came back home and did some organizing around the house. I don’t really know why, but my mood was kind of down and blue. I’ve been meaning to paint something for Young and Twenty for quite a while and I since I love painting as therapy, I went ahead and searched for a quote I really liked.

Young and Twenty is a blog I came across a few months ago. I added it to my Feedly feed right away and followed their Instagram account. I love the feed of quotes and can really relate to them.

This quote from January really resonated with me to I decided to paint it.

This quote painting makes me think about me right now. But it is so relatable. If you have considered trying a new job or hobby think about why you haven’t done it already.

Sometimes the answer is money. But we also have to think that others around us, who may not be very supportive, make it harder for us too. If we’ve wanted to take a trip out of the country what has stopped us from saving up for it? If you want something, go for it!
