Skin care: InstaNatural Product Review

Recently, I was given the opportunity to try not one, but three skin care products from InstaNatural for review.

I am someone who has dealt with acne most of my life. I know I’m not alone with the fact that it is actually something that has ruined my day and made me cry. I really try not to let it get to me, but it has been a struggle for over 12 years and that gets hard sometimes.

I have tried a lot of things and even try not to wear makeup too often, since they are made with things that may also be a trigger for my acne. Hopefully, one day I can one day meet with an allergist or dermatologist that can help me learn more about my skin and things that are better for it.

But until then, I’m looking for the right product and I am being completely honest in saying that I think InstaNatural might have the right products for me.

The three InstaNatural products I received for review were:

These are also linked below in the Amazon Store widget, near the end of this post.

I will talk about each product in the order of my regimen (and according to the instructions on the containers).

instanatural-tonerThe Vitamin Facial Toner, which is the first step in my skin care routing with InstaNatural, is spritz onto my face. I was a bit nervous about doing this at first, because I had flashbacks of accidentally spraying my eyes when I was setting my hair (many years ago since I no longer use hair spray). But after my first time spraying my face with toner, I was actually surprised by how relaxing it actually feels. I think it is because the scent is a bit citrus-y and it doesn’t irritate my skin at all. I have used toners in the past that made my skin red, but InstaNatural’s toner did not. After I spray the toner on my face, I gently wipe it with a cotton pad (those little round ones) and move on to the serum.

Next, the Age-Defying Skin Clearing Serum is described as a gentle formula, which is made with natural and organic ingredients that make it safe and suitable for all skin types – even oily skin. I can testify to its gentleness and it did not irritate my skin whatsoever. Actually, after cleansing my face and using the toner, this serum felt velvety and when I put it on my skin it felt like I was putting a barrier of nourishing serum to block out the environment around me from hurting my skin. It is very rich and moisturizing and I really liked that it did not leave any residue as it dried. It was kind of like a drink for my pores to soak in vitamins.

The last step is the Vitamin Cream Moisturizer, which instructions note is to be used after the toner and serum. It is noted to contain a powerful fusion of nutrients such as Vitamin C, Hyaluronic Acid, Vitamin B5, MSM, Cocoa Butter, Green Tea, and Cucumber. Instanatural Youth Express Age-Defying Facial Moisturizer is 98% natural and contains NO parabens, sulfates or alcohol. The key exclusion for me here is NO alcohol, because it means that even if I have exfoliated and my skin is a bit sensitive, the cream does not sting.

After using the InstaNatural products for 10 days, I have seen a difference in my acne scars and my skin also feels softer and smoother. I feel it’s anti-aging effects have made my face feel brighter and the skin looks like it has more of a natural glow. I would also like to note that I still have quite a bit of product and estimate it lasting me for at least a whole month (doing this routine twice a day, morning and night). Overall, my experience with InstaNatural has been very positive and I will likely reorder the products.
