It’s been a minute since I posted my fitness posts on here and I wanted to just share what I have been doing lately. Our family has been at the beach for the last month and that means long walks on the beach – and runs, too. But only in the early morning before the sun’s out with full force!
Morning runs on the beach



These pictures are from my last run, which felt so awesome. Besides my featured image (with text) on this post, NONE of the images are edited in any way. After staying at the beach these 4 weeks, actual living on the beach is definitely on my bucket list!
If you run on the beach (or outdoors in general), please be sure to be safe and wear sunscreen. That is SO important.
Even though I need to start focusing on more strength training again, I love running and walking on the beach so much because it is so relaxing. The view is super calming and I strongly suggest it to anyone who has not tried it!
